The paper that enters the door of Melisa Printing House never goes out without a book. All stages from pre-press to post-press take place under the same roof. We serve our customers with all printing and binding options.

BEFORE PRINT

Our printing house performs the assembly and graphic processes within its own body and performs the mold exposure process with thermal and conventional fully automatic CTP machines. Color values are checked on EIZO brand monitors and it is aimed to minimize the margin of error and waste.

PRINTING

The printing machine park consists of Komori and Roland brand machines in accordance with the production bench. In our printing house, which uses the CIP 4 color management system, it is aimed to keep the quality at a high level by transferring the color values on the mold directly to the machine chamber setting. Chamber calibration settings are carried out periodically in accordance with FOGRA standards. Shirt printing works are carried out swiftly and meticulously with perfected jersey printing machines.

REGISTER

Melisa Matbaacılık provides service with all binding combinations such as hard cover, American binding, thread stitching, saddle stitching, and plastering. By procuring raw materials from the leading institutions of the sector, it is aimed to ensure the durability of the work done at a high level. With a monthly capacity of 100,000 hard covers, 500 thousand American bindings, and 150 thousand saddle stitches, requests are responded to quickly.

TICKET

As Melisa Matbaacılık, we provide perfect label service to our customers with our 29 years of industry experience. We produce labels with self-adhesive PP, PE, coated or metallized and also in the film group (shrink sleeve) PVC, PET, OPS materials.

BOX

We provide box service in line with the special requests of our customers who want to transfer the produced books to the reader in an elegant box. By carefully choosing the material to be used, we strive to produce the product that will best meet the demands of our customers.
